Data Across Sectors for Health

The Data Across Sectors for Health national initiative aims to directly support communities to pursue systems and policy changes to create the conditions for data and information systems that enable public health, health care, and social services to align on the goals and needs of the people they serve. This is accomplished through the All In: Data for Community Health online network of 1,600 users; national meetings; funding awards to communities; and tools and guidance products for communities or states.
