Assessing Implementation of Social Screening Within U.S. Healthcare Settings: A Systematic Scoping Review

Although a growing crop of reforms aim to encourage healthcare-based social screening, critical evidence gaps in implementation exist—including ways to maximize equity and knowledge about effective strategies for integrating screening into clinical workflows.

This study synthesizes social screening implementation research to inform healthcare-based social screening practices and policymaking.
