Mapping Aligning Processes and Outcomes: Trust Measurement Questions

The brief examines the conceptualization and measurement of trust in the context of aligning efforts and provides questions that are superlatively important for understanding and advancing aligning efforts.

The trust questions highlighted are rooted in the idea that trust is fundamentally about exchanges and relationships. These questions are arranged in three sections:

  1. Trust as an exchange
  2. Founding trust relationships
  3. Trust and power

Aligning Systems for Health: Health Care + Public Health + Social Services, supported by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and managed by the Georgia Health Policy Center, is focused on learning from stakeholders across the nation about effective ways to align these three sectors to better meet people’s goals and needs.
